Upgrade or downgrade the base enabler, if required
If a base enabler is already installed on a NetWorker server for extended evaluation, an error message appears when you attempt to install a new base enabler.
About this task
While you cannot uninstall the base enabler, you can upgrade or downgrade it.
Use the following procedure to upgrade or downgrade the base enabler.
Steps
- On the NetWorker server, open a command prompt.

At the command prompt, type the following at the command:
nsrcap -u base_enabler_code -a authorization_code
