user set name	Sets the username that is associated with the given user ID.	ipmitool user set name <user id> <username>
user set password	Sets the password for the given user ID. If no password is given, the password is cleared.	ipmitool user set password <user id> [<password> [<16\|20>]]
user enable	Enables access to the BMC for the given user ID.	ipmitool user enable <user id>
user disable	Disables access to the BMC for the given user ID.	ipmitool user disable <user id>
