About this task

The troubleshooting bundle contains OMEVV and OpenManage Enterprise logging information that can be used to help in resolving issues or sent to Technical Support. OMEVV does not log any user sensitive data.

Steps

  1. In the OpenManage Enterprise , go to Plugins > OMEVV Plugin > Settings.
    The Troubleshooting Bundle link is provided.
  2. Click Troubleshooting Bundle.
    The link redirects to Troubleshoot inside the Monitor page on the OpenManage Enterprise console.
  3. Select Logs.
  4. To generate the console log, click Generate Log.
  5. To download the generated log file, click Download Log.
