Steps

The Manage Rack page is displayed.

      OR

    1. Click Devices.
      The Devices tab is displayed.
    2. Click PLUGIN GROUPS > Physical Hierarchy, expand until rack level and right-click the group, and select Manage Rack option.

The Select Device(s) wizard is displayed.

NOTE:All the devices added to Power Manager are displayed.
  3. Optional: To filter and view the data:
    1. Click Advanced Filters.

    The following filters are displayed:

    • Health State
    • Power State
    • Connection State
    • Name
    • Identifier
    • Model
    • Type
    • Managed State
  4. Optional: To clear the filters, click Clear All Filters.
  5. In the Select Device(s) section, select the devices and click Next.

The PDU and UPS devices are associated with the rack and are listed in the Associated Devices tab. UPS devices are not associated with the rack for the following cases:
    • UPS devices can be associated with only one physical hierarchy.
    • UPS devices cannot be moved to another hierarchy. If the UPS is associated to the rack but not associated to any group, then the device can be moved to a rack in another hierarchy.
