Removing speaker

Steps

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. cover
    2. bezel
  3. Open the front panel door.
  4. To remove the speaker:
    1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the connector on the system board [1].
    2. Close the front panel door.

    3. Press the release tabs [1], and slide the speaker [2] out of the slot.
