During a Key Exchange Failure scenario in SEKM mode, native locked drives are Identified as "Locked with Foreign Key" in all interfaces

- Probable Cause:
- Could be one of the following: 1) An issue in connecting to the SEKM server. 2) A key is deleted from the KMS.
- Corrective Action:
- Known issue. Check the SEKM server connectivity to iDRAC.
