- Message
- iDRAC or BMC exited because the Intrusion Cable is removed from the server. See the message: arg1.
- Arguments
- arg1 = HPM0003
- Detailed Description
- iDRAC or BMC exited because the intrusion cable is disconnected from the server.
- Recommended Response Action
- 1) Disconnect the power cords from the server. 2) Connect the intrusion cable. 3) Reconnect the power cords to the server. If the issue persists, Collect a SupportAssist collection (TSR) report using iDRAC. Visit https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/contactus/dynamic to use the Virtual Assistant to analyze the collection and recommend a resolution.

- Unable to start iDRAC or BMC because the HPM (processor system board) FRU device ID does not match the HPM FPGA/programmable. See the message arg1.

- Detailed Description
- The Host Processor Module FRU device ID does not match the Host Processor Module FPGA/programmable.
- Recommended Response Action
- Download and install the latest HPM FPGA/programmable firmware. If the issue persists, Collect a SupportAssist collection (TSR) report using iDRAC. Visit https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/contactus/dynamic to use the Virtual Assistant to analyze the collection and recommend a resolution.
