Unable to collect Logs when both the MMs are replaced simultaneously
- Description
- When both MMs are replaced simultaneously in a member chassis, the log collection process intermittently fails. This issue occurs because the service tag is not populated in the Lead chassis within the MCM domain and in standalone chassis.
- Workaround
- Trigger logs from the member chassis instead of the lead chassis or perform racresetcfg on member chassis and retrigger logs from the Lead chassis.
