Installing the control panel
Prerequisites
- Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions section.
- Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your sled section.
Steps
- Connect the control panel cable to the connector on the system board.
- Align the control panel with the slots on the sled.
- Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, secure the
control panel to the sled with the screws.

- Install the BBU module.
- Install the drive cage.
- Install the backplane.
- Install the drives.
- Install the PEM.
- Follow the procedure listed in the After working inside your sled section.
