Sliding out the storage module sled

Prerequisites

  1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
  2. Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system.
  3. Remove the storage module sled cover.

Steps

  1. Using Philips 2 screw driver remove the two screws on the storage module sled.

  2. Rotate the blue locks to unlock position and pull both the plungers to disengage the storage module sled.
  3. Pull the storage module sled to the front until it hard stops.
