Remove the side panel

Prerequisites

  1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
  2. Remove the front bezel, if applicable.

Steps

  1. Push the spring-latch to disengage the side panel from the chassis.
  2. Disengage the side panel from the guide pins and lift the side panel out of the system.
    NOTE:The numbers on the image do not depict the exact steps. The numbers are for representation of sequence.
    NOTE:If the handle latch on the side-panel is locked, rotate the screw on the security button to the unlocked direction. The security button pops out.
    CAUTION:Support the system with both hands while sliding it out of the enclosure.
