Managing SupportAssist Enterprise alerts in TechDirect
Dell EMC TechDirect is a centralized support portal that enables administrators in your organization to manage alerts that are created by SupportAssist Enterprise. By default, SupportAssist Enterprise automatically forwards alerts that qualify for support case creation or parts dispatch to Dell. Using TechDirect, you can set rules that allow you to review and determine if the alerts need to be forwarded to Dell for case creation or parts dispatch.
