Removing the PCIe expansion card

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. Cover
  3. To remove the PCIe expansion card:
    1. Remove the one (6-32x6.35) screw to remove the PCIe bracket [1, 2].
      Figure displaying how to remove the expansion card from the system board.
    2. Push the release tab [1] and lift the PCIe expansion card out of the computer [2].
      Release the PCIe card
