Open a live chat session with support or a service request.

Steps

  1. From the VMware vSphere Client menu, select VxRail to view the VxRail Dashboard.
  2. In the Support section, click Contact Support to start a live chat session with a support representative or create a service request.
    The chat session opens. VxRail Manager provides the VxRail ID to the support representative.
