View power supply status

View status and information for the power supplies of any disk in a cluster.

Steps

  1. On the VMware vSphere Client, click Hosts and Clusters and select your VxRail cluster from the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the Monitor tab.
  3. Select VxRail > Physical View from the inner left navigation bar.
  4. Click the host you want to view and then click the View Host Details link (hostname) on the right side of the window.
  5. Click a power supply in the center of the Back View.

Results

The Power Supply Information lists status and information such as:
  • Serial number
  • Manufacturer
