View the physical NIC status

View NIC status and network information for your VxRail.

About this task

You can view NIC information such as MAC address, link speed and status, port number, firmware version.

Steps

  1. On the VMware vSphere Web Client, click Hosts and Clusters and select your VxRail host.
  2. Select the Monitor tab.
  3. Select VxRail > Physical View from the inner left navigation bar.
  4. Click the VxRail and then click the View Host Details link (hostname) on the right side of the window.
  5. Click a NIC in the Back View.
