The VxRail Manager plug-in is available for the VMware vCenter Server and
provides centralized management and monitoring of VxRail clusters. VxRail Manager allows
management of VxRail from the VMware vCenter Server interface.
VxRail Manager provides access to VxRail dashboard, support, system health, KB articles, and troubleshooting.
You can use VxRail Manager to perform tasks like:
Initial cluster configuration
Monitor hardware components
Graceful cluster shutdown
Expand the cluster by adding nodes
Update VxRail HCI System Software
Use life cycle management for cluster-level upgrades
You can access the VxRail Manager from the Configuration
tab of the VxRail vSAN cluster in the VMware vCenter Server interface. VxRail Manager
allows you to deploy and configure VxRail clusters, monitor cluster health, manage
storage, and upgrade firmware and software.
With the VxRail Manager, you can also view and manage their VxRail clusters and

Authentication
Enable Dell Support Portal Access to allow VxRail Manager to enable VxRail cluster
Internet updates, and share system health, KB articles, and troubleshooting
information with Support. To enable access, from the Configuration tab of VxRail
Manager, select the Support option. Log in with Dell Support
account credentials.
For VxRail 8.0.330 and later, authentication uses a 2FA procedure. After you log in,
a code is sent to the associated email address for two-step verification. Once
