Export Citrix Workspace App logs

From the desktop menu, click System Tools.
NOTE:You can also use the Export logs option on the General tab in the Troubleshooting window to export Citrix Workspace app logs.
Click the Packages tab.

Select Citrix Workspace App, and click Advanced.

The Package Advanced window is displayed.
Click Configure Log.
The Citrix Log Preferences window is displayed.

Right-click the classes that you require, and select Verbose.
Select the check boxes to select specific log items.
Click Set All Enabled to select all the check boxes.
Enter the file name and the output file pat in the Log Output Path field.
The default path is var/log/ICAClient.log. Dell Technologies recommends using the default log output path.
Click Apply Changes and close the Citrix Log Preferences window.
Connect the ICA session, reproduce the scenario that you require the log from, and disconnect the ICA session .
From the desktop menu, click System Tools.
Click the Packages tab.

Select Citrix Workspace App, and click Advanced.

The Package Advanced window is displayed.
Connect a USB drive that is formatted with the FAT32 file allocation.
Enter a log password of your choice in the Set zip file password field.
Click Export Log.
The logs are now exported successfully to the USB drive.
