Steps

  1. Place the fan into position on the base cover.
  2. Route the speaker cable through the routing guides on the fan.
  3. Align the screw holes on the fan with the screw holes on the base cover.
  4. Replace the two screws (M2x3.7) that secure the fan to the system board and base cover.
  5. Connect the fan cable to the connector on the system board and close the latch.
