Secure connect gateway is an
optional Services offering that automates technical support for your server, storage, and
networking devices. A secure connect gateway in your IT environment provides the following
benefits:
- Automated issue detection: Monitors your
devices and detects hardware issues.
- Automated case creation: Detects issues and
opens a support case with Technical Support.
- Automated diagnostic collection: Collects
system state information and uploads it securely to Dell Support. This information is used
by Technical Support to troubleshoot the issue.
- Proactive contact: Technical Support agents
contacts you about the support case.
The available benefits vary
depending on the Service entitlement that is purchased for your device. For more information
