Removing the camera

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. base cover
    2. WLAN card
    3. display assembly
    4. display bezel
  3. To remove the camera:
    1. Slide the camera from the display assembly with a plastic scribe [1].
    2. Disconnect the camera cable from the connector [2].
    3. Lift the camera away from the display [3].
      Displays the removal of camera
