Procedure

  1. Using the alignment posts, place the battery-status light cable with microphones on the palm-rest assembly.
  2. Route the battery-status light cable with microphones through the routing guides and adhere it to the palm-rest assembly.
  3. Adhere the tape that secures the battery-status light cable with microphones to the palm-rest assembly.
  4. Slide the battery-status light cable with microphones into the connector on the keyboard-controller board and close the latch to secure the cable.
  5. Adhere the tape that secures the battery-status light cable to the keyboard-controller board.
