Physical SIM inserted but no cellular signal
- Check that you can see Cellular in . If you do not see Cellular, then your computer has a SIM slot but no modem hardware (also known as WWAN card), it means that you ordered it without a modem but the computer can be upgraded at a later stage. Contact a Sales representative to arrange the upgrade.
- Ensure that the nano-SIM card is properly placed in the tray with the metallic contacts facing down and the notch positioned at the back left, and that it is fully inserted into the computer.
