Solution—View the %programdata%WMS-Import\WMSImportLog.txt file for a detailed error log report, and ensure that the import failure is not due to unsupported data. If the RSP packages and Windows-based WCM resources are not imported, you must click the link on the corresponding import status screens to import the data—see Importing RSP packages and Importing Windows-based resources. If the groups, devices and profiles are not imported, you must perform data rollback, and then retry the import activity—see Importing view and Windows-based profiles.
