Removing the WLAN card

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer .
  2. Remove the:
    1. cover

    2. bezel

  3. Open the front panel door.
  4. To remove the WLAN card:
    1. Loosen the M2.5*6.3 captive screw to release the plastic tab that secures the WLAN card to the computer [1].
    2. Remove the plastic tab to access the WLAN cables [2].
    3. Disconnect the WLAN cables from the connectors on the WLAN card [3].
    4. Lift the WLAN card from the connector on the system board [4].
