PowerStore: PowerStoreX Virtual Machine Does Not Power On After Internal M.2 Module 1 Replacement

When upgrading a PowerStore system from version 3.x to 4.3.x, the Pre-Upgrade Health Check (PUHC) may silently skip critical off-release checks without reporting them as errors. A PowerStore node may experience high memory usage when a 4-port I/O card (OCP Mezz NIC) encounters persistent firmware errors. The NIC driver enters a continuous firmware error-recovery loop, and the platform manager's NIC polling mechanism repeatedly attempts to query the failing device, resulting in gradual memory accumulation on the affected node. This triggers the "High memory usage detected" alert (POWERDOCTOR_ISSUE_MAJOR).
