Removal
Side Cover
Identify the side cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the screws that secure the side cover to the chassis.
Slide and lift the side cover from the chassis.
Front Cover
Identify the front cover highlighted in blue.
Using a plastic scribe, gently pry and release the tabs that secure the front cover to the chassis.
Rotate the front cover outward and lift it away from the chassis.
Drive Bay Assembly
Identify the drive bay highlighted in blue.
Lift the drive bay assembly at an angle to release the tabs from the chassis.
Slide and remove the drive bay assembly from the chassis.
Hard Drive (3.5 inch)
Flip over the drive bay.
Identify the hard drive highlighted in blue.
Pull the securing tab away from the side of the hard drive.
Slide and lift the hard drive off the drive bay.
Remove the screws from the hard drive.
Install
Hard Drive (3.5 inch)
Identify the hard drive location highlighted in blue.
Install the screws on the hard drive.
Align the screws on the hard drive with the grooves on the drive bay, then slide it into the drive bay.
Flip over the drive bay.
Drive Bay Assembly
Identify the drive bay assembly location highlighted in blue.
Slide and secure one side of the drive bay assembly to the chassis.
Press down the other end of the drive bay assembly, securing the tabs on the drive bay with the slots on the chassis.
Front Cover
Identify the front cover location highlighted in blue.
Align and insert the front cover tabs into the slots on the right side of the chassis.
Rotate the front cover toward the chassis and press it into place.
Side Cover
Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.
Slide and install the side cover onto the chassis.
Tighten the screws that secure the side cover to the chassis.
