A. Dell Technologies Hands-on Labs enable free access to online cloud based virtual lab environments which have been built to allow you to get access to the latest products in a tested and documented environment.
Q. Do I need to do something before I launch Dell Technologies Hands-on Labs?

Q. How do I provide feedback?
A. We’d love to hear from you! Complete the HOL survey which automatically appears when you complete a hands-on lab via the END button at the top right corner of the interface.
Q. How long can I work on my lab?
A. HOLs have a 4-hour default duration.
Q. How do I end my lab and return to Dell Technologies Web Page?
A: To end a lab, use the END button which is found on the top right of the hands-on lab interface. This will prompt you to take our survey. After completing (or canceling) the survey, click “Please Close this Window” to return to DTW Live Experience platform.
Q. How many labs can I take?
A. You can take as many hands-on labs as you like! However, you can have a max of 3 labs running at a time. Clicking End on any of your running labs will enable a new lab to be provisioned. If you accidentally closed a lab without ending it, return to the lab using your original link, and end formally.
Q. I have run into a step that is not working in the lab, what should I do?
A. There are 3 things you can do.
1. Make sure you did not miss any prior steps in the lab manual. All steps must be completed and sequential.
2. Make sure the lab status on the desktop indicates the lab is ready.
3. End your lab and start a fresh lab if still not working.
Q. Should I allow my browser to accept 3rd party cookies?
