Empowering LGBTQ employees
We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace around the globe for our LGBTQ team members. We value and encourage the right to self-expression, and also encourage others to become an Ally to the LGBTQ community.
Our Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG) is made up of over 2000 team members across 30 locations worldwide. Advocacy, community engagement, expansion, people development, education and awareness are at the core of what they do.
We also support our transgender employees with a toolkit comprised of resources and points of contact to ensure a smooth transition into our company.
Through our partnerships with Out & Equal Workplace Advocates and The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, we are advancing diversity in the workplace and with our suppliers.

Empowering veteran employees
A veteran’s military experience provides them with the leadership skills, confidence and teaming abilities that can be used to deliver great service to our customers.
Our Veterans & Supporters ERG provides education and training, business alignment, community outreach and recruitment of Veterans to recognize and honor their service.
We also honor veterans by hosting the Missing Man Table across our campuses to remember the fallen, missing, and imprisoned military service-members. And we partner with a host of organizations including Onward to Opportunity, The Vetted Foundation, and Veteran Jobs Mission to advance our veteran hiring.

Empowering differently-abled employees
Everyone has unique strengths and skills to contribute in the workplace. We strive to create an inclusive and accessible environment where people with different abilities can succeed.
The True Ability Employee Resource Group (ERG) educates, drives awareness, and serves as a resource for team members with disabilities and/or special needs. Through training, education programs and self-identification campaigns, the group are empowering and advancing our team members with different abilities.
Dell Accessible Learning (DAL) enables students — including those with disabilities — to learn skills such as computer programming, app development, and customer service. Our Distance Education Laboratory for People with Disabilities (LE@D) created DAL with the State University of Ceará, in Brazil. It employs 44 team members with disabilities to test the platform.
