미국 델에서 소유권 이전 관련 질문은 무조건 통화로만 가능한다고 합니다.

배터리 없는체로 사용한지 몃달은 지난거 같네요.

미국 델에 계속해서 온라인으로 1대1대화도 해보고 메일도 수차례 보내봤는데 

소유권 이전 문제는 특정부서에 전화해보라는 말밖에 안하네요?

한국쪽에서 어떻게 할 수 없나요? 

뭐 정 안된다고 하면 그냥 배터리 사서 제가 달게요 그냥 너무 추잡해서 더이상 못해먹겠네요.
