Aurora R13, AWCC 5.0.0.0 cannot be installed

Hi everyone,

I had this problem now for month and tried basically everything, like uninstalling all Alienware packages and reinstalling everything from scratch etc. But I had no chance to install the Command Center 5.0.0.0 update. The downloadable installer just got stuck or the auto update inside he command center also got stuck. Either way no chance. 

Finally, I found a solution from another discussion. It seems this issue isn't only appearing with an Aurora R13 but other systems too.

m15 R6, Windows 11, can't install AWCC?
