Aurora R13, U3223QE, streaming services crash
Dell U3223QE
I have U3223QE and use it well except one problem. When I access Netflix or other streaming services, the monitor shows gray noise and lose a signal. Only after physically re-plugin the DP cable, the monitor got the signal. This problem occurs only on Windows and with DP cable.

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to first check the warranty status. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Aurora R13 Service Tag, U3223QE Service Tag, currently installed Firmware, and all of your troubleshooting. Open the Menu- Others- Display Info to get the U3223QE Service Tag and Firmware.
