Amazon Voucher not received

Hi,

I had purchased a Dell Vostro 3400 in the month of Dec 2021. The offer included sharing an Amazon Gift voucher of Rs 1000 along with the purchase. It's been 2 months even after multiple follow-ups with the sales contact I have not received the Amazon Voucher till date.
