Shipment information sent to shipper

Frustrated that I am still waiting for my computer, and it appears to be in limbo. Ordered Alienware desktop  11/4.  Two days so far of “shipment information sent to shipper.” Dell website says FedEx has it, FedEx says they’re waiting on Dell for package. So, no one has it. Just want to know when the dang thing is coming. And you can’t talk to anyone, just FAQs. Ok, rant over. I guess I’ll just….wait.
