Very frustrating experiences with regards to order delay

I placed an order on OCT. 02, 2022 with an estimate arrival by OCT. 10, 2022.

On OCT. 06, 2022 I received and email from DELL stating it'd be delayed delivery to OCT. 20, 2022.

Again:

On OCT. 16, 2022 I received and email from DELL stating it'd be delayed delivery to OCT. 26, 2022.

Again:

On OCT. 22, 2022 I received and email from DELL stating it'd be delayed delivery to NOV. 02, 2022.

On NOV. 02, 2022 I contacted DELL Online Customer Care who stated the order would be in HIGH Priority

Again:
On NOV. 22, 2022 I contacted DELL Online Customer Care who stated the order would be in HIGH Priority ("No stone unturned")

Very frustrating experience. I ordered the system because I need it to run my business and the recurrent delay is costing me time I don't have.

I do need the system ASAP. If delivery dates are stated, then isn't the supply chain factors accounted for?

Simply cancel the order and purchase from a retailer that has stock of a system close to what you're looking for.

Dell systems are produced to order -- and as with any custom order, are subject to delays.  Only Dell can tell you why the system has been delayed, but if you cannot wait any longer, cancel and find another supplier.
