I placed an order on OCT. 02, 2022 with an estimate arrival by OCT. 10, 2022.
On OCT. 06, 2022 I received and email from DELL stating it'd be delayed delivery to OCT. 20, 2022.
Again:
On OCT. 16, 2022 I received and email from DELL stating it'd be delayed delivery to OCT. 26, 2022.
Again:
On OCT. 22, 2022 I received and email from DELL stating it'd be delayed delivery to NOV. 02, 2022.
On NOV. 02, 2022 I contacted DELL Online Customer Care who stated the order would be in HIGH Priority
Again:
On NOV. 22, 2022 I contacted DELL Online Customer Care who stated the order would be in HIGH Priority ("No stone unturned")
Very frustrating experience. I ordered the system because I need it to run my business and the recurrent delay is costing me time I don't have.
I do need the system ASAP. If delivery dates are stated, then isn't the supply chain factors accounted for?
