XPS 13 Plus, bad buying experience
I am waiting for this laptop from past 3 months to be available in India. Now it is but in the business section where they ask user to add GST number. I tried contacting sales team multiple times but no-one cared to provide any timelines (tentative) when this will be available to Home users. If in other countries (USA, Canada) it is available for Home users then why not in India. Also, there is no option to pre-order. This is really bad.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
