C: Drive needs to be fixed every 15 minutes or so.

Dell XPS 8500 running Windows 8.0

PC fails to boot up correctly. Variously gives a Recovery screen "It looks like Windows didn't load correctly." or a "No boot device available. Strike F1 key....."

Unplugging & replugging the PC in, then pressing the power switch causes the computer to run a fix on C drive that lets it work temporarily.  Then  it fails & we're back to square one.

Any ideas on what I need to do?

First run the F12 preboot diagnostics and any extended tests:

It could also be worthwhile reseating the SATA cables to your hard drive.

I assume this system is one of the ones that came with a small SSD cache drive?
