Dell XPS 8300 new harddrive and Windows 7 but cant load ethernet and network drivers HELP?
I cannot from any source download drivers needed. How can i fix this problem?

Exactly what is the problem downloading the drivers?
You can download drivers on any PC and move them to the XPS 8300 desktop using a USB flash drive.
Broadcom BCM57788 Ethernet Controller Driver
Driver for WiFi depends on which Wireless card you have:
Dell Wireless WLAN 1501
Dell Wireless WLAN 1520
Download drivers one at a time. Don't use the Download List option, which may not work correctly.

BTW: Title of your post says you can't "load" the drivers, but your post says you can't download them.
So are you having problems downloading drivers or installing them?
If this is just an installation problem, did you load the chipset driver and the AMT HECI driver as the first two drivers installed after installing Win 7?
Without the chipset drivers, other drivers may not install or may not work.
