I can not log on my screen window
can someone help me find out what wrong, I tried to log on into my window screen (user screen) but it says "User Profile Service service failed the logon," "User Profile cannot be loaded!

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum,
Occasionally, Windows might not read your user profile correctly, such as if your antivirus software is scanning your computer while you try to log on. Before you follow the methods here, try restarting your computer and logging on with your user account again to resolve the issue

Please restore to an earlier date in safemode. The methods at the windows forums are too complicated, restoring to an earlier date in safe mode worked best for me.
