Rear speakers not working
I just got an Inspiron 3668 desktop computer. When I attempted to set up my older Logitec 5.1 surround sound system I found I was getting no sound from my rear speakers. I had a similar problem when I upgraded my previous computer to Windows 10 and was able to solve it by selecting the 7.1 sound option instead of the 5.1 option. Unfortunately the 7.1 option is not offered on my new computer. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your message. This system support only a 5.1 audio output.
Does the system detect the speakers as 5.1, when you check under control panel –sound- configure?
Have you tried playing different audio with 5.1 output?
Right click on the audio driver & click on uninstall (do not check the box to delete driver) & restart the computer. This will refresh the driver.
