Studio XPS 435t sleep issues

Recently my Dell Studio XPS435t has either not gone to sleep or, twice today, not awakened. Both issues are sporadic. I have set the advance power Multimedia settings to allow computer to sleep. It kind of worked for a few days. Now...nope.

I have run Dell's diagnostics and it has found nothing. Could it be a power supply problem?

I have the following: Win10 Home

Intel i7 2.67 ghz processor

18gb RAM

256 gb SSD (C)

1tb HDD (F)

Hi Rosshomer

Thanks for writing to us.

When did the issue start?

The product is not tested for windows 10 so most of the features will not work and also not all drivers are available. You can try updating the video drivers for your previous windows in compatible mode and check the same.

If still not working, the best way to test is to rollback to original windows.

Do provide us the system tag# and also confirm the name the system is registered under. Let us

know the contact number and email address.

Regards
