Trouble posting a Review on Dell Product
I am having difficulty posting a review on a Dell product on the Dell website.
Who do I talk to about this problem? On the review page on the Dell website it says:
"Need assistance? Please reach out to our Community Forums to post your question(s). Our Community Managers are monitoring daily to assist."
Well, I need assistance and I am posting on the Community Forums.
Thanks very much for any help.

Thanks for your help.
I already submitted my review of the Dell ST2220L product on July 13, 2012.
Where did my review go? Did they delete my review of this monitor because it was unfavorable?
Thanks,

Hi Henway,
I contacted the team that does the moderation of these reviews and I came to know that they have rejected the review as it violates the Terms of Usage based on some of the words that were used in the review.
Please review the Terms of Usage in the link mentioned below for more details.

Appu S,
Thanks for your answer. I have reviewed the Terms of Usage. However, there were no words in my review that violated the terms of usage. I am sure of that.
However, I did point out that the controls for brightness, intensity, etc., on my ST2220L Monitor are difficult to see and are not as depicted in the photos on the Dell webpage for this monitor. Also, I pointed out that these controls are very difficult to use.
Is it possible that since my review was negative, that the team decided not to post my review? That is the only reason that I can think of.
Also, the team never sent me an email stating that my review had been rejected. That is very suspicious. Usually they send an email stating the reason for rejection of the review. This leads me to strongly opine that my review was rejected by Dell because it pointed out a unfavorable aspect of this ST2220L Monitor.
Do you know whether the team rejects reviews that contain information that is unfavorable to Dell products?
Thanks.
