If it has a conventional hard drive, you can replace that with a 2.5" SSD.

It's not likely a budget model like the 3000 series will take any card-format (M.2) drives.

which brand ssd for support dell Inspiron 14 3000 series

We need the full model number (Inspiron 3461, 3493, etc.) to advise.

On screen in setup - F2 at powerup.

See above - that refers to a whole series of systems, not all of which are the same.  You must supply the complete model number -- i.e., Inspiron 3493, 3421, etc.

Go into setup (F2 at powerup).  The model number will appear on the main screen.

could you add a link to a larger capacity SSD that I could install in a Dell Inspiron 14 3000 (3452)?

Sorry, if your laptop doesn't have a hard drive, then it's not possible to upgrade your storage. That model uses eMMC storage, which is fixed to the motherboard and not upgradable. eMMC storage was used in budget laptops to lower the retail price.

I read that there was a version of this (uncertain if the model number was the same or not) that came with a hard drive, which could then be replaced with an SSD. Dell's service manual is for the 3000 series and doesn't break down options by model number. Crucial says that there are no SSDs for the 3452, so that would suggest that the 3452 was only with eMMC and no hard drive option.

The only thing you could do to add more storage is to insert a large capacity SD card into your media card reader, if your laptop has one, or use an external USB drive.
