Dell Inspiron 3593 Corei5 10th Generation grinding noise

Please help me to  get new fan for my laptop here in Pakistan City Rawalpindi

I am assuming that your laptop is under warranty? It is possible that the fans have a problem.You can run diagnostics on the system but I would also suggest you call Dell tech support for your region. The can diagnose and decide a course of action.

But restart the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run full system diagnostics paying attention to the fan results. But even if everything passes I would suggest calling tech support.

No Warranty is Expired

I purchased laptop in August 2020

After 1.5 Year now Fan is not working Correctly

and I already did Full System Diagnostic by Pressing F12

all other hardware devices are working Fine but it displays Scanning  Result Fan not working check this attached image   and on Dell website after Submitting they Said that clean your laptop air  vents I opened laptop and cleaned with Blower now there is no Dust, I cleaned every thing but Fan is Still making Grinding Noise, I also unscrew fan from laptop board and clean Fan Blades Now there is no Dust Every Thing is cleaned, and I installed Fan back in laptop board closed my laptop casing and Press on button now Fan is Still making Grinding Noise  

I think its time to Replace this Fan with a New one
