This happens on any given computer, regardless of brand, and on any given product device install. It's been a problem for years, no one at any computer website seems to know the exact conflict causing each one. Many times you can fix it in the Device Manager by simply uninstalling the device (DO NOT DELETE DRIVER) and then immediately scan for hardware changes. Many times you will find the device has now started. Restart computer after doing this.
