This is Ankish Mody and I purchased a Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 last year. My laptop screen was not working for which I'd raised a request. The on-site technician Sachin visited and fixed it.
There were 2 more issues, the S key from my keypad had come out and the bottom panel had some issues which I'd not informed earlier but both Sachin and Anjali Singh from the Dell Support group listed to me patiently and provided Support.
I must say that I am really impressed with the service and appreciate the support from both Anjali and Sachin. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
Also, the communication from Dell on email, Whatsapp, and calls is seamless to provide support and resolution. I liked it and I will sure recommend Dell to other whenever they will look out to buy a new product.
