It Showed To Uninstall The Windows Version 1903 (KB4549951 update) But It Did Not Had The Update In The Settings>Update And Security>Windows Updates>View Update History. I Searched It A Lot And Did Not Got. Please Help

Hi,
Our one of the customer reported the same issue with same model.
We fixed it with reinstalling windows10 21H2.
Just try it & let us know

Try a clean boot with the following instructions. It may be a program that is causing a problem such as the one that stalled in updating. If clean boot is not successful and a restore made it worse, you may have to do a Windows clean install. If clean boot works then one by one check the services and reboot after you add one. Then reboot then add another then reboot until your computer will not boot. At that point you found the offending service. Also which model of Inspiron do you have?
Begin by typing “msconfig” in the Cortana Search Box and then click on MSConfig (Run Command)
Now choose Selective Start-up
Remove the check from Load Startup Items
Click on the Services tab
Check “Hide all Microsoft Services” and then click on Disable All
Click on Apply and then on OK.
