Upgrade SSD in DELL 14 3000 Core i3

You can either replace the hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD or install an M.2 2280 NVMe drive alongside it, as you wish.  The system also needs at least another 4G RAM in addition to the SSD.

Hi There you are Saying that you Laptop is Running Slowly I solved this Problem by Up Grading the Ram to 8 GB there is a Place for another 4 GB Ram when you take off the Bottom or Back of the Laptop Insert the Ram and Power up  your Laptop you will see a Window Come up asking you to Continue click on this   I see from your Question that 1 TB I was told when I bought the DELL 14 3000 Core i3 7th Generation  that it was 1 TB  when I looked at the Hard Drive it was only 12O GB  4 GB Ram so where do I find my 1 TB  

It may or may not have had the hard drive in addition to the SSD.  If it does, you'll find it where the service manual indicates.
