PowerScale - SPNs on another Machine Account
Hello!
We have an Isilon cluster (Joined to AD as Machine Account $Isilon3) which is a mechanical replacement for another failed Isilon Cluster (Joined to AD as Machine Account $Isilon1).
There still are some SPNs which are in use under $Isilon1 which is preventing us from adding those SPNs to $Isilon3 because AD cannot add duplicate values.
Is there a way we can move the SPNs from one machine account to the other without disrupting the clients?

Do you have an idea if the SPNs are currently under the old machine account of the cluster that got mechanically replaced and we tried deleting them and adding them under the new machine account of the new cluster, if it will cause any service disruption to the clients?

In most cases as long as you have added correctly, then you should not have any issues. If you get any authentication issues I would try the steps in this kb to see if they resolve your issue. https://dell.to/3iPa15D
