no ldap groups listed
Hi,
I noticed that for some unknown reason the ldap groups are not listed anymore, they used to list...
The ldap users are listed, only the groups are missing.
Onefs 7.1.1.11
Could someone help me fix this issue?

Hi,
Thanks for your question. Can you try the command from the cli and see if it shows it? isi auth ldap list
Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

No problem, Is that the group that should be there or are there more that are missing? Have you, are you able to reboot? It might just be something in the web interface since it seems like it sees it from command line

Hi Josh,
That is the only user/group provider.
The users are listed, the groups are empty but there should be around 8-10 groups listed.
I haven't rebooted the cluster recently but as I can remember I did reboot it since I noticed this anomaly.

Hi,
Thanks for your question. Does it show the groups when you list the details for a user? https://dell.to/3DJlOKa

Hi Josh,
I'm sorry but I can't put the response here, I'm getting this error...
The commands list the ldap server, my user too, but only the main group, the additional groups are empty. My user should be in at least 6 groups...

You can try running diagnostics and see if anything shows an error. https://dell.to/3RHIhNg With it being such an old version I can’t rule out upgrading as the solution.

The troubleshooting steps for the errors are not publicly available. The best option is to call phone support so they can resolve the errors with the upgrade.

Hi,
Ok, but the issue still remains, the upgrade would be just an option.
Is there a file that could have got corrupted? Maybe if I delete it and the OneFs would recreate it?
I did try with removing the Ldap server from the access management and re-adding it but that didn't resolve the issue.

I'd probably try doing an upgrade of the whole OS to replace all of the core files. https://dell.to/3XVwbSd
